Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. (DSI) has acquired a 140,000 sq.-ft. facility in Bethlehem, PA from Amcor, in a transaction valued at $10.3 million. The manufacturing and packaging facility allows DSI to use existing resources to more cost-effectively supplement its operations rather than build a new facility.
